| Following yesterday's spread in Famitsu, Nintendo has launched the official Japanese website for Hyrule Warriors and with it, a swell collection of over 30 new screenshots, which I've compiled into the convenient gallery below.
The screens mostly feature Link and the newly revealed player two option Impa, kicking ass all over Hyrule Fields! However, we do get a few shots of the new villainess Shia and her henchmen General Valga (he's the big firery dude in the Famitsu article) and the aptly named wizard Wizro. Not to mention we also see some ReDeads on the battlefield, indicating that Moblins are not the only enemy grunts you'll be combating.
One strange thing I've noticed is that Link is wearing a Hylian soldier's uniform in a few of the pictures. Perhaps in this Legend, the boy starts out a low-ranking cadet, before becoming the great hero he's destined to be, which could make for a pretty compelling story. Or maybe I'm just reading too much into this and it's an alternative costume. I guess we'll have to play the game to find out. Click below to see the screenshots:
