I started playing Everquest II awhile back. Started getting into it again once I finally got a video card for my PC. From the time I first downloaded it and started playing again they added more free content. They even gave me money to buy a silver account. Basically it gave me access to more things in game. There is a gold account which is a subscription fee of $14 dollars a month which would give you access to everything in the game. Even with the silver account tho you can get pretty far. The game is not for everyone but for those who enjoy crafting, housing and more in depth story with your quests you should give a try. Even tho the game is old you still need a pretty decent PC to run it. My PC is an Intel Pentium 4 3.2 ghz dual core with 2.5 gbs of ram, Windows 7, with a Nvidia GeForce GT 610 video card with Direct X 11 and runs pretty good on near to max settings. Just create an account and download the game. You can play while the rest of the game downloads in the background.
